Proposals and marketing go out as Raay Creative. Agreements, invoices and legal notices are issued by Sketchboat Private Limited. The studio operates from Delhi; the registered office is in Assam.

Website purpose

This site explains Raay Creative’s capabilities, working methods and current ways to begin a conversation. It does not itself create a client engagement.

Scope and pricing

Published packages are starting baselines. Final deliverables, timelines, revisions, dependencies, rights, taxes and payment terms are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

Claims and third parties

Platform results, reach, rankings, citations and business outcomes are not guaranteed. Third-party names and tools describe potential workflow components and do not imply endorsement.

Intellectual property

RAAY branding, website copy, system diagrams and owned creative remain protected. PLB Snacks creative is shown as selected client work and may not be reused without the relevant rights holder’s permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, misrepresent its content, harvest contact details or reuse client material as your own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi, India have jurisdiction.
